1.3. Customized Cards: Please note that customized QuickTap Cards, including personalized designs and information, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

1.4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item reaches us safely.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1. Eligibility for Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, we will process your refund.
